Iveco’s new Eurocargo breaks cover

Iveco’s new Eurocargo makes its debut in Europe this week. Eurocargo has had a cab facelift fine tuning the already modern-looking design.

The manual gearbox range has been upgraded and a two pedal automated transmission is to be availble throughout the range. This gearbox is also slated to be released here in Australia later this year.

Engines on sale in Europe all meet the Euro 5 emissions rules using SCR to reduce nitrogen oxides. Apart from the lower emissions the basic engine design and specification remains the same as the current offering.

Appointments inside the cab have been improved and upgraded with increased storage and uprated seat. The steering wheel has been enlarged. The package now includes ASR, ESP and Hillhold electronic systems.
